Return Policy
Bestmela.com is 100% cordial for customer satisfaction. A Customer have to return any product during the time
of delivery or within 6 days:-- If your received product has any damage or defective
- If product does not meet your expectation
- If you doubt about the product quantity and quality
- If damage at the time of delivery
- If you are not satisfied with the getup and packaging
- If you finds product unhealthy, unusable and unexpected condition
A Customer may return any unopened or defective
goods or item within 6 days of receiving item. But
following products may not be eligible for replacement
or return:-
- If Damages due to misuse of product
- If Any consumable item which has been used/installed
- If Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- If Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- If products with tampered or missing serial / UPC Numbers
- If pack of diapers with more than two (2) pieces missing/used
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging & accessories including the box manufacturer’s packaging if any, & all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
